GUIDE HEROES RARITIES

Hero Rarities Explained:
From Initiate to Eternal

Jun 27, 2026  ·  The Eternal Rush Team

Your roster is the engine of your climb in Eternal Rush. Knowing how heroes are built — their archetype, their class, and especially their rarity — is the difference between grinding the same wave for ten minutes and steamrolling it. Let's break it down.

The twelve archetypes

Every hero is one of twelve archetypes, each with its own combat flavor and signature ability:

ArchetypeClassSignature Ability
BladeWarriorWhirlwind — damage to all enemies
PyroMageInferno — bonus crit damage
HawkArcherVolley — faster attacks
ShadowRogueBackstab — extra crit chance
BastionGuardianBulwark — more gold find
ClericPriestBlessing — bonus XP gain
ConjurerSummonerSwarm — stronger pet bonus
FrostMageBlizzard — raw damage
StormMageChain Bolt — raw damage
RangerArcherPiercing — raw damage
PaladinGuardianAegis — boosts all stats
ReaperRogueHarvest — more gold from bosses

A balanced team mixes pure damage dealers with utility heroes like Bastion (gold), Cleric (XP), and Conjurer (pet power). Those buffs compound across your whole roster.

The seven rarities

Rarity is the biggest single multiplier on a hero's power. Higher rarities hit harder — but cost more to recruit and level. From lowest to highest:

1InitiateCommon
2VeteranRare
3ChampionEpic
4WarlordLegendary
5AscendantMythic
6AstralCelestial
7EternalDivine

So an Eternal Blade is a Divine-rarity warrior — the absolute pinnacle of that archetype. Every step up the rarity ladder is a meaningful power jump.

How to build a winning roster

  • Chase rarity, but use what you have. A leveled Veteran beats an unleveled Warlord sitting on the bench. Keep your best available heroes fighting while you hunt for upgrades.
  • Star up your favorites. Promoting a hero raises its ceiling. Concentrate promotions on the heroes you'll keep long-term.
  • Fuse duplicates. Pulled a second copy? Fusing folds its power into the original instead of cluttering your roster.
  • Don't sleep on utility. A single Bastion or Cleric quietly boosts your entire team's gold or XP — sometimes worth more than another damage dealer.

Where heroes come from

  • Summoning (single or x10) is your main source — x10 pulls are the efficient way to chase rarity.
  • The Battle Pass VIP track hands out legendary heroes at milestone tiers.
  • Chests and event rewards can surprise you with fresh recruits.

The path from Initiate to Eternal is the whole journey of Eternal Rush in miniature. Build wide, fuse often, and keep climbing — your Eternal-tier dream team is out there waiting to be summoned.
